Yin Yoga with Andrea

Prenatal yoga is a great way to take time out for yourself and to connect with your baby. A slow and gently flowing yoga class for moms-to-be with a strong emphasis on breathing techniques and relaxation to help you relieve common discomfort in your body, to stay mindful of the ongoing physical and emotional changes and lift spirits. The asana practice builds endurance, that will leave you feel strong and confident throughout pregnancy.

You are welcome to sign up any time after the 13th week of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Take the time for both of you and surrender to the wonder of expecting!
