After a long wait we started the popular Yoga Baby course again. We have now moved the class to start at 14:30 on Tuesdays. Please come and Join us !
For Moms or Dads and little babies. Enjoy the time on the mat in an environment that natures and supports parenthood and children. Classes include postpartum yoga for new moms, breathing, relaxation techniques, releasing tension in shoulders, neck and back as well as strengthening the core.
The course is also designed to support baby’s development. Each class is filled with calming and nurturing ways to enhance bonding and maybe improve baby’s sleep. Babies enjoy the practice while on their back, tummy, or held in loving arms.
The class will be taught by Jodie Roberts. Jodie has been teaching and practicing yoga since childhood, in iconic places like Byron Bay in Australia, Bali in Indonesia and Rishikesh in India – the birthplace of yoga. With a mother as a yoga teacher, teaching is in Jodie’s blood, and she delights in showing you the joy that yoga brings.
